Adding Participants to Your 360-Feedback Project: To provide us with your list of Participants (those being assessed), please click the following link, Participant Upload Form, and save the file on your computer. Enter the required participant details and save the file. You will have an opportunity to submit your completed Participant Upload Form by using the file upload feature on the next page, (after providing us with your report printing options and clicking the Submit button below). You may also send this file via email to clientservices@envisialearning.com.
